Самая плохая контора в России есть много компаний которые без понтов выдают ОСАГО,и нет каких либо ограничений для иногородних и такси и прочего не тратьте время едьте в другие страховые особенно если вам сказали на осмотр на Седова 82

Читала отзывы об этой клоаке... Но готовясь к худшему, надеялась на лучшее... Ан нет...!!! Более ужасного места... И по обслуживанию... И по внешнему виду, реально, с тараканами... Я не видела... Из простых офисов отправляют на осмотр в центральный!!! Офис!!!... Сюда, на седова... Просто слов нет!!! Это такое позорище!!! Ни парковки... Ни подъезда... Это же страховая с осмотром машин... Под мышкой машину приносить к ним в офис??? Одно название!!! И хамство!!! Хамство в ответ на любые вопросы... Пользоваться даже компьютером не умеют от слова совсем!!! Единственный сотрудник в центральном офисе!!! Первый этаж... Тараканы!!! Пошарпанное всё... Запись 25 февраля на 28 марта!!! 5 машин в день на осмотр... Не переработаются ли??? Внесение изменений в полис осаго с внесением молодого водителя... Скорость обслуживания зашкаливает!!! Росгосстрах это какое то государство в государстве... Без каких либо законов... Сидит корону поправляет, огрызается, прокуренная... Лучше бы крысиный хвост спрятала!!! В общем, типа офисный сотрудник... По местным меркам... А приехать 28 марта и не получить ничего так долгожданного... Не заржавеет!!! Звёзд не заслуживают ваще!!!

Сам офис, конечно, сильно потрёпанный... А вот сотрудники вполне профессиональны, довольно дружелюбны и клиентоориентированы. Даже сложную страховку переоформили быстро и без нервотрёпки

Объясните как можно через месяц после оформления полиса ОСАГО считать его утраченным и подавать заявления в ОВД без согласия владельца!!! Где денежные средства за утраченный полис, как можно так работать и обманывать граждан РФ, когда же начнут вас за это привлекать к УО, нет слов, больше к вам обращаться не буду и другим посоветую от вас отказаться.
