Хорошее отделение с приятными в общении сотрудниками. Чистое. светлое и просторное помещение с приятной отделкой фотообоями, множество диванчиков для ожидающих, электронная очередь. Круглосуточный доступ к банкоматам внутри помещения.

24.08.18 Пол часа ждал своей очереди на обмен валюты, пока несколько сотруднтков гуляли по офису и точили лясы от безделия, в итоге доллар упал на пол рубля, пока подошла моя очередь. А на все вопросы сотрудники говорили "подождите 10 минут". Улитки и то быстрее передвигаются.
