Странная ситуация- при замене карты сотрудница попросила озвучить вслух пароль, пришедший мне на телефон вместо того, чтобы дать мне ввести его самостоятельно на рабочем планшете. Рядом были люди, зал просторный и с эхом- слышимость идеальная. После того как пароль был озвучен, я прочитала сообщение от сбербанка на своем телефоне, о запрете озвучивания своего пароля даже сотрудникам банка. У меня недоумение к сотруднице: что это - умышленно или халатность? на что я получила ответ : " ну я же ничего с вашим паролем делать не буду! и тут же ушла с фразой: я на минуточку! Делайте выводы сами...

Пришли открыть расчётный счёт. Сначала долго ждали менеджера, потом менеджер пришла и не могла ответить на наши вопросы. Все время консультировалась по телефону. Рядом ходила уборщица с моющим пылесосом и мы практически ничего не слышали из того, что говорил нам работник Сбербанка. Через полчаса нам пришлось уйти ни с чем.

Как предприниматель хотел бы оставить отзыв: В сентябре 2018г разговаривал с руководителями данных офисных отделений, сказали писать письмо на головное отделение на гамарника, написал письмо на установку торговых автоматов по адресам: Ленинградская ТЦ ерофей, тихоокеанская (остановкв Дэпо2), гамарника 12 (головной офис), льва толстого (возле центр рынка). Но в итоге в апреле 2019г ставят другого человека, который по всей видимости ближе к руководству и связи есть и выходы. 👍
