Они молодцы. Самые нестандартные, тяжелые решения все знают, нужно идти к ним. Но, но, но добраться до них очень тяжело. Много раз он говорил открывайте ребята филиалы ,какие-то пункты приема а в ремонт оборудования. Меня ни разу не услышали. Очень жаль.

Покупал сенсорную плёнку якобы производства сенсис по информации сайта,на самом деле китайская компании ilitek. Цена приемлемая только ни один из сотрудников не является квалифицированным в своей области. Разговаривал с тремя и не один толком не смог помочь в нужную минуту, все они будут ждать помощи китайца Paul , который делает элементарные настройки через программу. И даже сейчас, когда ещё необходима помощь, менеджеры ни чем не смогут помочь. Запомните этих трех сотрудников менеджер Е. Владислав, руководитель сервисного отдела О. Олег, и специалист сервисного отдела Л. Олег. Их работа заключается в том, чтобы продать, а потом ещё отвлечь на месяц чтобы китаец разобрался с настройками. Если плёнка сенсорная битая, то китаец отказывается настраивать. P.S. Руководитель это отдельная история, при разговоре пытается доминировать, даёт глупые советы по настройке. Какие верхи такие и низы. Цены хорошие, сотрудники тех поддержки никакующие.
