Хочу поблагодарить работников магазина "Мебель Шатура"по адресу ул. Волочаевская,8 что помогли сделать хороший выбор спальни.Понравилось отношение ко мне как клиенту. Инна и Светлана Вам отдельное СПАСИБО! Внимательно и грамотно составили проект мебели,учли все наши желания и финансовые возможности, качество мебели мне понравилось. Срок исполнения заказа 1 месяц, доставка произведена вовремя. Аккуратно занесли мебель в квартиру. Сборка была произведена хорошо и качественно! При необходимости обратимся еще раз, а так же обязательно будем рекомендовать всем нашим друзьям и знакомым. очень хороший магазин! Мы остались довольны и мебелью и работой персонала.

Заказали мебель в середине января. Внесли предоплату 50% от заказа. При заключении договора было оговорено, что мебель будет в Хабаровске через месяц. В середине февраля со мной связывается менеджер, что моя мебель уже в Хабаровске, мне необходимо внести оставшуюся сумму и договориться о доставке до квартиры. Я приезжаю в офис оплачиваю, договариваюсь о доставке и со спокойной душой иду ждать того дня,когда мне привезут мебель. Проходит 2 дня, мне звонит менеджер из салона и говорит о том,что они ошиблись и моя мебель еще не пришла! На мой вопрос: " а когда она придет?", мне ничего внятного не ответили. Проходит еще месяц и наконец-то моя мебель в Хабаровске! Договариваемся о доставке мебели до квартиры, за которую я плачу деньги, и ближайшее свабодное время аж через неделю! Очень долгая доставка,никакой конкретики в сроках, одно разочарование..... такое ощущение, что эта фирма не на клиента работает!
