Заказали блины, лапшу, сок. сок принесли сразу, а дальше начался театр, лапшу делали 50 минут. Блины еще не были готовы. сами приехали из другого региона, приехал автобус к назначенному времени. И в этот момент нам ввгесди блины. Очень медленный сервис

С чего б мне начать… Была на днях в данной кофейни и есть пару претензий.1. Заказывала капучино 200мл, а то что принесли, по объёму, явно таким не являлось. Было 0,5, ну либо от силы 100мл.2. Не принесли счет на оплату. Что является самым большим минусом. Принесли сразу терминал.3. Не спросили про бонусную карту, благо про нее я вспомнила, т.к. посмотрев на зачисление бонусов 94 балов, я очухалась за что это?! (правда уже в машине по дороге домой)За блюдо в 190р, за 2шт капучино (200мл — 2 30р и 360мл — 270р) за что заплатили 1000р?)Рекомендую при посещении данного заведения не отвлекаться… А лучше проходить мимо.

10.09.2018 хотела пообедать в данном заведении. 10 минут ждала пока заказ примут. 40 минут ждала заказ. И так и не дождалась. На мой вопрос о заказе, официант мне улыбнулся и сказал, ой девушка, а я про вас забыл. Это нормально?? Спасибо за потерянное время.
