Часто сюда захожу. Всегда очень нравится. Персонал приветливый,обслуживание хорошее. Обычно я захожу в дневное время и всегда в это время спокойно,можно расслабится,отдохнуть.

- Тесно - Часто в наличие нет блюд - Сегодня рядом со мной сели люди с двумя не маленькими собачками... в кафе - Очень медленное обслуживание

Конкретно эта Шоколадница и так была не фонтан, а теперь испортилась в конец. После сегодняшнего посещения больше туда ни ногой. Итак о плохом: - то, что там никогда не было туалета, ладно бы - кондиционеры на веранде не работают, хотя их там целых три - одна нерасторопная официантка, остальной персонал тоже никуда не торопится - ни одного русского лица, хотя раньше там официантками работали словянские девчонки - если раньше подавали кофе в приятных белых чашках, то теперь ЗДЕСЬ это дешевые цветные толстые кружки (с литражом тоже, кстати, что-то случилось) - приборы выглядят так, как будто их украли из столовки. И весят, будто они раньше были гантелями. Металл шершавый и неприятный на ощупь. Форма неудобная. Больше ни в одной шоколаднице я таких не видела. Про еду ничего сказать не могу. Слава богу, заказала только кофе и штрудель. - Кстати, чуть не забыла: ОПЛАТА ТОЛЬКО НАЛИЧНЫМИ, КАРТЫ НЕ ПРИНИМАЮТ! Класс!!! Ощущение, будто посетила столовку. Только в столовой еда столько не стоит. Я - фонат Шоколадниц! Но, как говорится: "в семье не без урода".

Были на завтраке май 3 число. Это кошмар. Вот прям в McDonald’s сервис лучше, ибо у них есть дверь для загрузки товара!!! Тут просто открывается дверь задувает ветрище, что приходится одевать верхнюю одежду и начинают возить коробки посреди зала. Говоря людям, кто сидит на проходе - отсядьте, пожалуйста, вы мешаете. Вы знаете, что доставку можно заказывать на более позднее время или наоборот более раннее? Прям вот максимально мерзко.

Отравилась сегодня грибным супом! Ела только его! Весь вечер рвота и жуткие рези в животе. Люди! Будьте осторожны! Не повторяйте чужих ошибок
