Была на массаже тела у Монты, очень довольна, что попала к ней. Она чувствует проблемные зоны. Хотя я попросила софт, в проблемных точках она сильнее массажировала. Полный релакс и никаких болевых ощущений.

По подарочному сертификату посетила салон. Была очень разочарована работой администратора. Обёртывание сделали холодным составом, при чем при начале обёртывания я поставила в известность администратора, что состав холодный, на что получила ответ, что он комнатной температуры. Она сама при этом не проверила. Массажист во время проведения процедуры кашлил. По этому факту я опять поставила в известность администратора, но что получила ответ, что сотрудники ежедневно проверяются на наличие температуры. После данной процедуры у меня поднялась температура и появился герпес от переохлаждения. В душевой вода не уходит сразу в сток, а застаивается. При нанесения маски на тело действия массажист были грубыми и не аккуратными. На следующий день я позвонила администратору и сообщила о последствиях проведённой процедуры. И соответственно попросила вернуть деньги по сертификату в связи с тем, что о прохождении дальнейших процедур нет желания. На что получила отказ. Не советую посещать данный салон. Видать закон о защите прав поотребителя не распространяется на них.
