Отвратительное обслуживание, всё ужасно медленно. Оформляли сделку по продаже квартиры через ипотеку с 11 до 17 часов! 6 часов просто, чтобы оформить ипотеку, такого нет нигде.

Унылое заведение. Три банкомата на весь город. Оплата кредита либо в кассе, либо только с картой (обслуживание 300 в год) которая и нужна только для того чтобы оплатить кредит несчастный. Договора с другими банками о возможности оплаты через их банкоматы нет. Отстой!

Брал в этом банке ипотеку. Решили вопросы гораздо быстрее чем в "сбере". Всё хорошо. Единственный минус-отделение в г. Самаре, только одно.
