The room is ok. We had an embankment facing room. The kitchen is nice and spacious with all the gadgets. The staff is courteous , but cannot communicate without Google translate. There are a few very glaring deficiencies. 1. The staff doesn't speak English. 2. The kitchen is not adequately stocked with breakfast essentials like bread, milk etc. 3. They keep the cut slices of cheese with slices of beef. That is repulsive as we being Indians and vegetarians, could not tolerate it and use that cheese. 4. They don't follow good hygienic measures. The kitchen in charge just wipes the knives with the same cloth that is used to wipe the kitchen counter. They don't segregate wet and dry garbage. They don't clean the bins regularly. With the result, they stink and it is disgusting. 5. When they know the number of people staying in their hotel, they don't stock enough bread and milk. They run out of stock if you reach even 15 mins after 8 am. Then they have to go and get the grocery and one has to wait till then. That is unprofessional. 6. There is no housekeeping daily. They have to be told to clean the room specifically. Комната в порядке. У нас был номер с видом на набережную. Кухня хорошая и просторная, есть все необходимое. Персонал вежливый, но без Google Translate общаться не может. Есть несколько весьма явных недостатков. 1. Персонал не говорит по-английски. 2. На кухне недостаточно продуктов для завтрака, таких как хлеб, молоко и т. д. 3. К ломтикам говядины кладут нарезанные ломтики сыра. Это отвратительно, поскольку мы, индийцы и вегетарианцы, не могли этого терпеть и употреблять этот сыр. 4. Они не соблюдают меры гигиены. Ответственный на кухне просто протирает ножи той же тканью, которой протирают кухонную стойку. Они не разделяют влажный и сухой мусор. Мусорные баки регулярно не чистят. В результате они воняют и это отвратительно. 5. Когда они знают количество людей, проживающих в их отеле, у них недостаточно хлеба и молока. У них кончаются запасы, если вы доберетесь хотя бы до 15 минут после 8 утра. Затем им нужно пойти за продуктами, и нужно подождать до тех пор. Это непрофессионально. 6. Ежедневной уборки нет. Им нужно сказать, чтобы они специально убрали комнату.
