На сайте и на двери указано, что работают без перерыва, но специалист отказалась обслуживать, в связи с "техническим перерывом" (который не предусмотрен), уточню что при этом программа работала исправно, электричество в здании было и никаких ТЕХНИЧЕСКИХ СЛОЖНОСТЕЙ не было, чтобы выдать ЗАРАНЕЕ заказанную карту!

Пользуюсь услугами этого банка. Единственный минус часто не работает терминал для погашения кредита.
