Купил GT за 60000 руб. Велосипед продали с улыбкой, но когда он сломался через пару месяцев, в гарантии отказали, запчастей нет и вообще предложили самому переделать велосипед, что бы поставить неоригинальные запчасти. Компитентность сотрудников на уровне - "Сделай сам"

Зашли в магазин подобрать ролики. На просьбу проконсультироваться у первого консультанта, сразу же перенаправил к другому, хотя сам не был занят. У другого консультанта так и не получили информацию, она нас просто отправила на второй этаж, который пустовал. Всё консультанты стоят и смотрят в свои телефоны. Сразу же от такого отношения развернулись и уехали в другой магазин. Нет желания возвращаться в этот магазин.
