От метро далеко. Что бы дойти до 5 подъезда, нужно делать солидный обход, тк вход на все здание один. Да ещё наклон крутой, особенно при выходе к посту.

Здравствуйте! Время в пути пешком от станции метро "Профсоюзная" до жилого комплекса "Вавилово", согласно расчету Яндекса - всего 12 минут. Нет никаких лишних корпусов, что очень радует, выгодно расположен. Вторичка. Есть частный детский сад Горница-Узорница.
