Заехал поменять масло. Записался, приехал за пол часа. В итоге прождал час. Купил масло с бесплатной заменой. В чеке оказалось что платно, на вопрос:откуда сумма? Ответ: «да это у вас скидка, видите?» поверил и уехал. Дома уже Пересчитал всю сумму, оказалось что не скидка.. А так сделали все хорошо)
