Звонили по несколько раз в день когда им я ответил то женщина оператор сбиваясь в словах стала рассказывать о супер выгодных предложениях для меня:) Когда я вежливо ответил ей что мне эти предложения от их банка в это тяжёлое время которое наступило в России в связи с короно вирусом женщина просто бросила трубку) Представьте о их уровне обслуживания в банке и их предложениях) Если на этапе обзвона будущих клиентов они такое делают) 1 звезда за такие звонки и проведение сотрудника этого банка!

Менеджер по телефону говорит одно, в реальности другое. Одобрили карту с лимитом до 300000 руб, прихожу в офис, оказывается дают карту с лимитом 5000 руб и может быть, после повторного обращения через какое то время его повысят до 70000. Разводилово и неуважение к людям.

Просто ужасно. Позвонили по телефону, записали на определенное время. Когда я пришла в это определённое время оказалось, что у них закрыто на час, после звонка в домофон просто развернули не извинившись. Прождав час и попав в отделение мне сказали ждать в очереди, хоть я и сказала о записи, в итоге попав к специалисту (так скажем), оказалось что по телефону мне перечислили не весь перечень необходимых документов. Кошмарное место.

Ужасный банк, за комиссию взяли больше чем нужно, персонал походу не образованный. Ради одного перевода денег 1 час времени пришлось ждать, т.к. незнали как вводить данные в компьютер. Жаль нет оценки -5
