Жуткая жуть а не банк. При оформлении ипотеки втюхали карту дебетовую для пополнения ипотечного счёта. Я её даже не активировал. Через два месяца звонят и говорят что задолженность по ипотеке.оказывается обслуживание карты по которой ни один операционист не произвел ни какой работы стоит денег!!! Причем деньги сняли с целевого счета!!! Считаю это воровством. Сделали полное досрочное погашение кредита, оказалось что не прошел платеж в определенный период(хотя я уложился в этот период) звонят на след день, говорят если сегодня будем закрывать, то нужно ещё 500 рублей довнести,якобы уже процент капнул. Вобщем не советую этот банк ни в коем случае

Чтобы открыть вклад - пришлось три раза приезжать в этот офис. То сотрудника нет, то касса закрыта, то заявление не рассмотрено!! Ни в одном банке такого не встречал!

Жители Самары , никогда не пользуйтесь услугами этого банка. Мошенники в чистом виде. В прошлом году навязал кредит, пришлось взять, с условием что страховку возместят при обращении в страховую компанию. Страховку вернули, но чуть позже уведомили, что процент увеличится в связи с отказом от фин защиты. С оператором связаться не возможно так как там отвечает робот, ну короче полный отстой .Я так понял там деньги берут те кто не собирается возвращать . Люди держитесь подальше от этого банка и не храните деньги в этом банке. С такими тэмпами могут лишится лицензии. Позооор этому банку. . Я досрочно погашу кредит, но больше квам не ногой. Вы потеряли ещё одного добросовестного клиента.
